Hamid Shah Delivers Masterclass as Denmark Crush Germany to Win Series 3-1

Hamid Shah produced a sensational all-round display – 74 not out off 47 with the bat and 3/23 with the ball – as Denmark completed a commanding 3-1 series victory over Germany.
First Innings – Germany 141/9 (20 overs)
Ahmed Musaddiq (4 off 2) was caught in the first over at 4 in over 0.2, and Shahid Afridi (0 off 2) followed at 5 in over 0.5 – Germany 5/2 inside the first over. Joshua van Heerden (13 off 14) provided brief stability before being caught at 36 in over 4.5. Harmanjot Singh (39 off 35, 3 fours, 1 six) and Kyle Kleese (51 off 40, 2 fours, 2 sixes, SR 128) rebuilt with a 65-run stand for the 4th wicket, taking Germany from 36/3 to 101. Singh fell lbw at 101 in over 13.5, and Fayaz Khan Nasseri (3 off 5) was bowled at 106 in over 14.6. Musa Mahmood (6 off 9) was caught early at 18 in over 3.5. Dinesh Kannan (9 off 10) was bowled at 10 in over 2.4. Sebastian Heath counterattacked brilliantly with 28 off 21 (4 fours, SR 133) before being bowled at 70 in over 10.4. Hamid Shah was supreme throughout, carrying his bat for 74 not out off 47 balls (5 fours, 4 sixes, SR 157). Shangeev Thanikaithasan (3 off 6) was caught at 74 in over 12.1, and Taranjit Bharaj (5 off 10) at 83 in over 14.3. Surya Anand (13 off 11) provided support and Denmark reached 144/5 with 7 balls to spare.
Jatinder Vashisht was Germany’s best with 2/11 from 4 overs (Econ 2.75). Muslim Yar Ashraf took 2/27 from 4, and Ghulam Rasul Ahmadi managed 1/21 from 4.
