2nd December 2025

Forget Super Sunday, it’s all about Wicked Wednesday with six Premier League games to enjoy.

Arsenal will be looking to continue their march towards the title, while Liverpool will be hoping to make it two wins on the bounce against a decent Sunderland outfit.

To mark your card, we’ve compiled a Premier League shots bet builder for Wednesday’s action.

It’s a 5.2/1 chance and you can back it at bet365 with a single click by tapping HERE.

·   Bukayo Saka 3+ shots (Arsenal vs Brentford)

·   Morgan Gibbs-White 2+ shots (Nottingham Forest vs Wolves)

·   Yasin Ayari 2+ shots (Brighton vs Aston Villa)

Bukayo Saka

An interesting research tool you can use at Statz is the search bar. Type in a team and you can see how they’ve fared in, say, their last ten away games for shots/shots conceded, possession, corners, tackles, fouls etc.

For Brentford, it identifies that, while their away form is good, they do yield a lot of shots – Brighton and Fulham, for example, firing 14 each at their goal.

You’d anticipate Arsenal’s total being even higher on Wednesday, with Bukayo Saka – assuming he starts – likely to be a chief architect.

Saka has landed three or more shots in 4/10, but this contest feels like the perfect opportunity for him to expand on that record.

Morgan Gibbs-White

We added Morgan Gibbs-White to our Premier League shots builder for the weekend, and he duly obliged by raining in four shots at the Brighton goal.

That continues his fine record of recording two or more shots in eight of his last nine games, with 13 in his last five outings alone.

There’s no reason to suggest that record will stumble at Wolves, who continue to adapt to life under the defence-minded Rob Edwards.

They yielded to 16 shots on Sunday – Forest had 19 – and so Sean Dyche’s men will surely come up with the goods once more on Wednesday.

Yasin Ayari

Let’s add some heft to our coupon now with a man who loves shooting from distance – he’s 2/1 alone to fire in 2+ on Wednesday against Aston Villa.

Yasin Ayari has had two or more shots in four of his last six Premier League games, with Brighton recording six or more shots from outside of the box in eight of their last nine outings – Fabian Hurzeler doesn’t mind his players chancing their arm from distance.

Villa are a solid side defensively too, which can often lend itself to their opponents shooting from long range in a bid to find a route to goal.
